You should first check if it is fluid filled.. And does it recur frequently.. And does it burst by its own self.. If soo den it can b mucocele.. Which shud be treated by getting it removed and doing histopathology report.. Next thing to see is d colour of those pimple.. Is it slightly yellow in colour?? Is it seen anywhere else in ur mouth.. Cause den it is Fordyce granules which r jus sebaceous glands secretion.. And dey r due to excess oil secretion.. If dos pimples r see in ur lips or so den a laser treatment can b done.. Orelse some ointment having retinoic acid can b applied
