White thick line,white spot,inside cheek

Recently i have seen a white thick line and a white spot above the line,inside my inner cheek.I have no pain,no burning sensation. I am not a smoker(not chewing tobacco)nor alcoholic. I have attached a picture of affected area. Is it something serious?
