Recently my face has little white spots spread all over.At first my parents told me that it was a type of chicken pox so i didn't vist any hospital nor took any medicine but now the white spots has been reoccurring and spreading all over my face

Difficult to comment without seeing clear pictures of the affected area.there are multiple reasons for white spots.are the white spots increasing in size?wss there any sun exposure befire they r appearance ?
