I have some white spot on my tonsils for last 6 to seven months no pain nothing only white spots...2monts ago it was all gone when i used to gargle in warm salt water but it came back again...i am very confused...is it anything serious...

It is chronic tonsillitis u need regular gurgles with betadine 1tsf diluted in half glass of water three times a day.

It's tonsillolith because of food particles stuck in tonsilar crypt. Betadine gargle 3 times a day and do gargle after eating anything atleast with water. Nothing to worry about.
