White spots on face

I have some white spots on my face some said that it is due to calcium deficiency and I am currently using clobenate gm cream iron and folic acid capsules too any solution for this for get rid of this white spots on face plzz suggest me and after how many days does the effect of clobenate gm is seen plz reply as soon as possible
