I have white spots since 6 yrs and i have take so many medivines but it does not work properly and i have spots on my eyes kness ankles hands and ears and i also have pimples on my face

Vitiligo can be managed by a good dermatologist after proper examination . Treatment is based on prevention of spread . UVB can help you . Visit a dermatologist who is experienced in treatment of vitiligo . Take care . If it's stable surgery can be planned which has good results
