I have been noticing these tiny white spot like lumps around penis head. Its not itchy or painful. Could someone tell me if its something serious and how can i get rid of it.

These pearly whites lesion around the glance penis is mostly fordyse non pathological lesion more pronounced in uncircumcised adults it’s normal if you are anxious visit us to rule out any pathological condition
