I have small white bumps on my penis head and the foreskin since last 2 days. It is painless, not itchy. I had unprotected sex last week. Could it be anything serious? I am using pure aloe vera gel, from the plant. Is it safe to use and effective? Should I be worried? Can anyone tell me what should I do? How can I treat it? Thank you!
