I have white spots/pimples on my testicles and sometimes it itches alot but not always and also it is growing in size now. I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend 2 months before. But this white spot is there even if I never had sex since last 1 year. Only thing this white spot was very few before so I just ignored it but now it is growing in size and number. What should I do? I am single. And my age is 23 years old and I stay in New Delhi
