White patches on testicals.

I have been observing some rashes on my testicals from 5 days ...and i started applying lotion on it as showed on internet. Now when i see i have also got some white patches from 3 days on the testicals and it is causing itching. Is that a serious problem? What should i do to stop that itching and remove that white patches? Should i consult a doctor and if yes which type of doctor treats this?

Hi There van be many causes of such white patches. Unless you are examined, it is possible to tell the cause. Please see a dermatologist or urologist to identify the cause. I will not recommend treating yourself blindly with lotions.
