I am been slight white patches in my throat from a few days. And i am an alchoholic guy. I drink 270 ml of MD rum daily and my age is 26 years. And i also smoke 5 ciggrattes a day.i fear of throat cancer initial stage.. Though i feel no pain.but if we go down like a little towards food pipe i feel slight heavyness or shuld i say i feel less ther

Yes. You are at a high risk to develop cancer. This patch needs to be evaluated and if necessary a biopsy should be done
