As you said that u have undergone RCT for that tooth and presence of white patches on the gums near that tooth is probably a sinus opening .
Sinus opening usually happens when there is infection in the roots of the tooth , it's the tract from where all the pus gets drained (which might be the bubbly appearance )possibility would be the RCT was not done properly or probability of a missed canal .
Next Steps
Visit a dentist and get a X-ray done for that tooth .

Even if it's not painful please see the dentist as soon as possible as it might aggravate suddenly and give u immense pain with swelling.
