Ive seeing this white patch upper roof its been year now and previously when i did upper GI , GERD AND CYST detected So recently i feel uncomfortable while eating its like getting stucked or choked ....

Can you please elaborate on the symptoms you are having , when are you having this difficulties ? Is it for solid food only ? Or is it for both solid and liquid . Are you having any other symptoms? When was this upper GI endoscopy done ? Would like to know in detail you smoking history as well as any other significant history from past .
