Hi There is white patch on my daughter's toung each and every day used honey and smooth cotton to clean their toung is there any mdicines or cream/lotion need rub I noticed it is being last 2 months

Hi, Can you able to clean this white patch with cotton easily? If no then this might be oral thrush(fungal infection)
