Reappearance of a white patch at the same site after surgery can happen, especially if it was leukoplakia or frictional keratosis earlier. Absence of burning or pain is reassuring, but any recurrent white patch should be examined. I recommend a clinical evaluation and review of the previous biopsy report. If the patch persists or changes, a repeat biopsy may be needed to rule out recurrence or dysplasia. Avoid tobacco, smoking, and local irritation.

Hey Your biopsy report says it was fibroepithelial polyp, which need not be to worry Typically due to chronic irritation or trauma it may recur But you have not posted any clinical photograph so I will say consult to your nearby oral and maxillofacial surgeon
