I am having a white patch on my cheek near the wisdom tooth area. What is it? It pains when my teeth touches it. What should I do? Is it dangerous.

The skin around the wisdom tooth is being traumatically hit by the upper one when you are biting and the area is being inflamed called pericoronitis . You can get a radiograph/ bite test from your dentist to see the exact area where it is hitting to reduce the pain . SOS : anti inflammatory medicines to help . Laser removal of tissue Around the tooth to be considered .

It may be due to cheek bite between your upper and lower wisdom teeth. Get an enameloplasty done ( rounding of your teeth )
