White pale substances
Hi, I'm a 30 years old male and I could see that white substance forming on penis shaft whenever I pull back skin since 3 months. The discharge have an unpleasant odor. I'm cleaning twice a week with warm water however it reappears on 3rd day. I don't have any itching. This issue occur since I used veet for hair removal. Can someone provide medical advice? Also I have used finax for hair loss. Does it leads to erection problems?

The white substance could be smegma which is a deposition of dead cells. U need to clean the penis daily.
It could also be because of infection if the penis /foreskin.
U can try a cream like lobate gm for a few days.
