White fluid/mucus in stool

I am noticing that from past few weeks there is visible white fluid completely in liquid form appearing in my stool. I did some check today of CBC lft kft etc. I am attaching the report. I don't feel anything else only white fluid comes and stool is ok , no issue regular type .
What problem/ disease is it?
