As I can see from your explanation you have applied some medication and also you mention it's not helping you out ,by this time I want to tell you that don't apply steroid at the area may worsen the condition ,and if you feel it's not helping you have to see affected area for further steps to go head , Sometime repeat scraping or culture may be indicated if initial treatment of tinea cruris is unsuccessful.
