White discharge through eyes of 3 year o

My 3 year old daughter was suffering from mild cold and fever last week for which we consulted doctor and gave medicine. However she also had white discharge from her eyes at the same time. Used Toba eye drops three times a day as prescribed. But the discharge started again after relief of one day. Pls suggest whether to continue with drops or consult doctor again

please do hot foamentation 2to3 times daily and put antibiotics eye drops 2hourly e.g. moxifloxacin and ocupol oint at bed time.
