I have white coated tongue and when I try to scrape off it doesn't clean. I also see red spots here and there on my tongue with some tiny red bumps on the tip like enlarge papillae. I cannot eat spicy food while earlier I used to. Please help. And it's not oral thrush.

U need to visit a oral and maxillofacial surgeon for proper assessment of ur condition. Take Tab Aquasol A as a supplement once a day after meals for 7 days.
