I had noticed a white tiny little bump under the corona of my penis. I tried to rub it, scrub it but it does not go away. I went to a dermatologist on Saturday, he didn't say much but prescribed me Niogenta F. I am attaching the picture here.. I don't think it is a bacterial infection because I had one earlier. Kindly guide me on this. I am very scared.
