WHITE BUMP IN VAGINA

I got a white bump in my inner lip of vagina and white is not a puss but a (cheese type dot in my vagina). And there's no pain but just a little pain while touching it. It's been 2-3 days i guess. How to get rid of it? And also my periods are near will this bump delay my periods? Do these type of bump goes away on their own?

However, they can fill with fluid over time and become large enough to make it difficult to sit An abscess happens when an opening in your anus gets filled with infected pus. This can result in swelling near your perineum. Periods are not affected for sure by these bumps in perineum. You need to meet  Gynec madam for examination and expert opinion.
