Which test report should I rely on?

One week back due to job purpose I did my sugar test from a lab (company recommended) and there my fasting was 102 and PP was 149 ( PP was done 2 hours after consuming 75gm glucose). Now I got scared as it meant pre-diabetes so I did the tests again one week later from my local pathology and this time my fasting is 82 and PP is 105 (PP was done 2 hours after normal lunch). So which report should I rely on? On the day of the first test I was really stressed so can that be a factor to slightly elevated levels? And for your reference I'm adding my new report. Please let me know.

Get Hba1c done. Sugar can rise due to stress. Based on results of Hba1c, it can be decided whether you have diabetes or you are pre-diabetic or normal.

1st test OGTT is a metabolic stress test that forces your body to process a massive, pure sugar hit 75g all at once to see if your insulin can handle an extreme spike. Because it's much harder than a regular meal, it often reveals early signs of prediabetes that a standard lunch test might miss. 2nd test shows how your body reacts to rea food, which usually contains fiber and protein that slow down sugar making easier for your insulin to manage than the pure liquid glucose used in the first test.
