Do you have any symptoms of kidney stone, like pain abdomen, passing urine mixed with blood, urinary tract infection, burning micturination, fever etc ? If you don't have any above symptoms, there is no need for surgery as many renal stones are completely asymptomatic. Only needful we can do is follow up by USG KUB to see to status of stones at regular interval. In case if stones became enlarged or causes any discomfort then only surgery will be justifiable.
