Resting Position of wrist is 20 deg of Extension With 45deg Flexion at MCP joints(knuckles) and 15 deg flexion at PIP and DIP joints ( Finger joints) So any wrist splint with 20 deg of Extension will help..

I am sure the source of information which diagnosed as extentor tendonitis and palm need to be straight can tell which splint also.
