When to take deworming tablets
I am a mother of a 5 year old daughter. My daughter recently had severe vomiting with diarrhea, 1 week back. Our doctor has asked her to take deworming tablets. When is it most of utmost importance to take deworming tablets? Do all kids with stomach upset need deworming tablets? Do they cause any side-effects?

The medicine is ideally taken at night after food just once. No kids with upset stomach all don't require deworming and is given based on their symptoms and underlying cause. Deworming tablets are given with a minimum of 6 months gap between each dose. There are a few reported cases of side effects with teh medicine but it is generally a safe drug.
