Hie I am 23 year old female diagnosed with autoimmune thyroid recently, can I know when is the right time to go for tsh and ft4 blood test empty stomach or liquid is fine , and even for sgot sgot , do u need to fast for that too

No, you don't have to fast for ft4 and tsh, but you shouldn't have taken your thyroxine dose in last 2-4 hrs. For sgot, I don't think there's any need for fasting but still you should check with the pathologist.
