How many days period comes after successful abortion no tissue or fluid in uterus.in sonographu shows uterus empty. period comes 4 to 6 weeks after taking mesoprostal or we can count when sonography show uterus empty plz tel me . when period come after successful abortion

After abortion you should count.Maximum by 4-6 weeks it will take to come.If not then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist or me through practo online.
