When does my ovulation period starts

I am 19years old and I have pcos and I am aware of that and my periods are not regular and I have even consulted regarding this and the problem is I want to know the ovulation period for 40-42 days cycle if a normal period cycle is 28-29 days but mine is not normal but I want to know the ovulation period cycle for this when the egg is formed?

You can use ovulation strips. If you are planning for conception then you can go for follicular monitoring by ultrasound to find out ovulatory period.
