When I forcefully exhale there is wheezing and I feel shortness of breath sometimes especially when there is rain and I am suffering from this since last February done with cat scan of chest  normal.  pft said mild airway obstruction. No coughing only nasal congestion. No fever, I am gaining weight and due to this wheezing I am afraid to go to gym. Please help me. And my BP sometime goes to 140/90 when I panic or overthinks a lot.
