Wheezing sound on chest

Hello dr I feel wheezing sound when lie down in bed this problem also  happened last year end of aug and this year also have same same problem on 15 aug .family doctor give me a medicine I feel better .but today also I notice wheezing sound on chest.please give me suggestions

Appears to be Allergic in nature.pl identify the Allergens and avoid them.it is better to use pulmonologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for better evaluation and treatment.
