Hi Docter. My son age 3 years Weight 15 kg Wheezing sound second time. Pediatrician prescribed Levolin inhaler 50 mcg 4 times when ever cough and cold. Budicort inhaler 100 mcg for 3 months. 2 times Is it ok.? Or any side effects of long term use. Plz plz plz give sugetions..

Itcdepends upon severity. If it is severe start it ortherwise brochordil syrup 1tsf bd.

Hello , use inhalers whenever der is cold and cough. No side effects for short term use.

Please ask the child to use a spacer along with the inhaler And to gargle the throat with water after each time Long term side effects are rare compared to beneficial effects
