Age 3 years Weight 15 kg Wheezing sound in right side chest from 2 to 3 days. This is second time.. Doctor priscribe Levolin inhaler 50 mcg when ever cough cold Budicort inhaler 100 mcg for 3 months. My dout is Which medicine is long term use levolin Or budicort..?

According to text budicort for long time  Many atimes it is brocheolitis and not asthma. I prescribe last resort.

Budecort inhaler is for long term use. Levoline is for Short term use.Whenever there is wheezing. But before starting long term use , is the child having major issue? some time it will resolve with syrup for few days.It might be due to cold temperature.
