Hello doc I got an ultrasound today as I had pcos 2 years back but now its clear but there are gall stones present please tell me what should I do acc to the reports

Very small gall stones but multiple, if painful, visit a surgeon. If painless, wait for 3 months and repeat a USG abdomen
