Can anyone tell me what's these little white things someone told me it's something like vitiligo and I am freaking out if anyone can atleast say what's this it will be very helpful 🙏

The picture is not clear . But don't worry all white spots are not vitiligo. Detailed evaluation has to be done when did start ,is it increasing or not . Depending on that diagnosis can be made
