There's a pain whenever I poop and it's like skin is rugged or some burning sensation a bit. The poop is coming with some blood since 2-3 days. I'm having constipation too. Diet routine is not proper some days. Also there some swelling in the anus, it's like very small ball kind of swelling which protrudes out and then in itself. Yesterday the stool was dark. Today again it was fine, there was very little darkness in it.

Probable dx: External haemorrhoids. Severe constipation leads to increase in abdominal pressure leading to haemorrhoids, hernias, fissures etc. Since you hv been experiencing burning sensation i.e. pain while defecation. The haemorrhoid is present below dentate line.
Next Steps
Include fibres like Isabghol husk, green vegetables, fruits in diet. Drink at-least 2 L H2O.
Health Tips
Use laxative SOS and an ointment w composition Lidocaine + A/b.
