Hi, Can we have eggs in pregnancy. Means am not confirmed that I'm pregnant. But we started planning. What not to eat while planing for pregnancy?.

That's a good decision You should be normal and enthusiastic as always You can have good healthy food in a clean place You may share your meals with your husband You can decorate the meals before starting No stale food or junk food or fried items If you love to eat home made fried items you may have along with vegetables like salads You can have lamp meat small fish meat and duck meat if you're non-vegetarian You can have chicken egg duck egg quail egg alternatively Pulses cereals legumes should be one of the meals per day Leafy vegetables once in two days Fruits or fruits juice as you prefer If you love to eat junk food like burgers make it at home

You can have everything that is nutritious and freshly cooked. There are no restrictions as such except to avoid stale food, spicy food and junk food. The intention being to avoid infections or indigestion. Consume you vitamin supplements on daily basis. You can continue all the activities that you are doing prior to pregnancy. Pregnancy is not a disease. Enjoy this phase.
