My wife is having running nose and that is blocking her to breathe.Her body temperature is normal and no cough .She is reactive to high power medecine .Which medicine would be best to take .she also has tonsils for which her medication is going on.Few weeks back she also had typhoid and we completed her 5 day course and she was fine after that.
