What is this? Tinea versicolour?
I am not able to visit a dermatologist easily as I moved to UK recently. But the problem i am facing is, if you see behind the ears, i have circled few areas, they have become like white spots/discolouration. Its asymptomatic.
But, is that a fungal infection or what? And will it go by just applying cream or I need anti fungal oral as well?
And also, i have a preauricular lymph nodr palpable on that side, is this skin infection causing that? Please help me.
