Hi Attaching new borns pic. Not sure what is this. Injection was given 1 month before. It has come all of a sudden.please see pic.

This comes after BCG injection It is normal

That's a BCG scar, a reaction of body to the vaccine signifying that the immunity has developed, it is absolutely normal and you need not do anything about it.
