What is this?
In my ear cartilage i see there's a wound or something, also when i put my finger there, whitish kind of thing(powder like, just like dried wound), comes out. And i see this lesion there.. is this any infection?

The picture is not very clear. However, from whatever I can understand, it looks like a small injury. More details are required to be able to diagnose the condition properly, like duration of the wound, is it painful? I would recommend you to see an ENT specialist in-person for detailed examination. You can try applying an antibiotic ointment like Mupirocin until you are able to meet a doctor. I would strongly recommend you not to ignore it as ear cartilage infections can increase and if uncontrolled can even lead to permanent deformation of the ear shape.
