Get cbc done and share results. Avoid the oils which are causing itching. If at all needed, take tablet mondeslor, 30minutes before applying hair oil. Check with a dermatologist or physician to exclude any fungal infection over scalp. For red eyes, consult ophthalmologist.

you might be having high eosinophic count or AEC or high histamine levels, coz of which you are having sensitivity to many things. main treatment for such condition could be avoiding exposure to allergens. as you already know what are causing your symptoms avoid them. if still persistent get your AEC levels done and review with reports. based on that we can decide upon need for medication.
