I have these holes in my two fingers and in two areas in my right feet. I only remember how it formed in feet. It formed as a ball inside my foot, It was getting stiff and it was paining, I used to give pressure on it by standing on it. But later it turned out to be a hole. But in hand I don't think it formed in a similar way.
