Hello Dr. I just wanted to ask is chowmein,veg spring rolls etc. In Chinese edible in pregnancy? I am a north indian,north indian Dr. Saying you can eat everything you want.But I do live in South India they said you can't eat Chinese. Please suggest more what should i eat or not in pregnancy? Awaiting your reply Thanks.

You should avoid anything which has Ajinomoto and Soya sauce, anything which is too spicy.
