What is difference between carbuncle & furuncle

I am a 32 year old female and I have blisters like things on my chin that is big in size and I think it has accumulated pus in it. What I don't know now is whether it is a Carbuncle or Furuncle. What is the difference between a carbuncle and a furuncle? They both seem similar to me. Please explain the difference. Thanks!
