There are different issues here. All doctors may not have same opinion
1st issue - workout + whey protein + dry place and season can lead to constipation = if not treated then fistula, hence make sure to take lots of warm water.
2nd issue - Ayurveda says 2 times meals are enough, and also take meals only when you are hungry. Since majority of people do jobs that doesn't require physical work, In my opinion what you are consuming is enough. But again we should consider your prakriti.
3rd issue - fruits- As per Ayurveda sour food in morning is not adviced - orange goes out of equation in morning. Apple, papaya, watermelon, grapes that are ripe and not sour, pomegranate, pineapple again of sweet are better options. Do not mix sour and sweet taste together.
4th - only fruits enough?? Again your prakriti, agni, bala, kala, should be assessed to answer that.
