Dear friend, This  is a blood test used in the suspected cases of ovary cancer or rarely some other abdominal cancer. But this test alone is not sufficient for any diagnosis. The report in your case is quite high, hence we must do clinical examination and scanning of the patient. If you have aleeady done some scan, please share the reports.
