Doc I have high myopia of -20 and - 12 I want to ask how much weight range can I lift if I go for weightlifting exercises in gym and upto how much range it should be safe for eyesight

You should definitely avoid weight lifting and also get your retina checked every 6 months.

Please do not exceed the weight beyond your limit , in weight lifting the pressure in the closed cavity increases, it may effect the retinal vessels to rupture leads to the retinal hemorrhagic condition..please avoid heavy weight lifting
