Single data won't suffice fulll growth and development chart but according to your data provided, height for age is Disturbed, though we have consider other values like midparental height and other value. Need to provide home based diet along with some top-up foods
Next Steps
reach out soon for further consultation
Health Tips
all should be considered like dietary history, family type

Have you plotted her height and weight since birth on a growth chart? How is the parents height? The baby has a growth potential which is dependent on the parents height, genetic potential and is influenced by nutrition status too. You can definitely help her by giving a nutrient and calorie dense diet. There is no restriction of fats under 2 years of age. You may increase her calories by adding oil in suitable manner - tadka, seasoning, frying or simply adding ghee/ virgin coconut oil to her food - idli/ dosa/ dal/ khitchri etc. Full fat milk is advised as is cheese and paneer. Cakes, payasam and home made sweets help too. If you take egg give her one cooked egg daily. So too fish/chicken/ mutton are calorie dense and easily absorbed in the system. They will help increase Hemoglobin too. All these can be well balanced with addition of vegetables with rice/ dal etc. And offer the child a variety of fruits.. Children like finger foods and a bit of independence in trying various foods. They also copy the adult behavior/ behavior of peers. It’s helpful to make meal time a family affair. .
Health Tips
You have to find a balance in all this - a word of caution - after 2 years - fat restriction is similar to adults! Low fat dairy. Sweets restriction too!
